In AMCDE’s continuous efforts to improve efficiency, the technical workforce is upgraded or fine tuned in accordance with changing workloads and growing market needs. Although the manpower strength now exceeds 300 employees which comprises mostly engineers, the level had peaked in recent years to 450 employees. AMCDE periodically recruits new personnel to join the team while preserving a strong assembly of highly experienced employees.
