Over the past two decades, AMCDE’s piping design specialists have been designing flowlines for Saudi Aramco which includes installation of the wellhead tree, well site piping, laterals and flanks leading to the GOSPs, water supply piping, water injection piping and water disposal piping. Additionally, AMCDE has provided detailed design of piping systems within the GOSPs and other facilities.
AMCDE's engineering credibility also includes preparation of plan and profiles of cross country pipelines, piping arrangement drawings, piping isometrics and specifying all materials for purchasing or procurement. The piping designs are carefully analyzed statically or dynamically using CAESAR II stress analysis software. An integral part of the piping team also includes civil and structural engineers who are involved in the design of pipe supports and structures.
In relation to design plant infrastructures, AMCDE has also furnished piping for site development, compressed air and other gas systems, firewater, fire protection systems, plumbing, chilled water systems, sewer and surface drainage.
